Pastor: Scott Reed Scott has a B.A. degree in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Before coming to Midland Heights he was Sr. Pastor of The Spirit Filled Church and also served on staff at Fair Haven Baptist Church as Associate Pastor in charge of outreach. Scott Reed has been married to his wife Stephanie for 16 years. Together they have 2 daughters, Lynna 14, and Leah 10. They also have a son named Logan. Scott loves all sports and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

Music Minister: Herbert Derickson Herbert Derickson has been Music Leader at Midland Heights since 2007. He has a passion for God and a passion for music and putting both together has been a great fit for the music program at Midland Heights. Herbert is married to Jill Derickson, they have been married for 24 years. He is a devoted family man and loves his four children: twins, Erica and Maria who are 22 years old, Thomas who is 10 and Will who is 5 years old. Herbert loves horses, music, playing the drums, working out and playing basketball, and is a huge University of KY fan. The choir consists of approximately 25 people who are dedicated to their church, their church family, and their music.
